What are the precise dimensions, safety regulations for the cars, allowed motor & battery types and overall vehicle specifications?
There’s a Handbook that’s revised every year that anyone can download and start to design and build the car.
Unless weather conditions are adverse, a common day race consists of 4 main activities: scrutiny, heat 1, heat 2 (after a time break enough to change batteries, driver and perform some repairs). Results are determined by the number of laps each car completed in both heats.
Any group of students from highschool or college and their faculty advisor within the national territory in Mexico and the USA, there’s a process of registration that any team should complete in order to attend. Each country has it’s own organizers committee, it would be a good idea to approach them to gather more information.
